SYS-ED warranties the quality of its training service.

The following terms apply to retaking a SYS-ED course:

1. Proof of attendance has to be provided in the form of a paid invoice.
2. The individual will be enrolled in the next regularly scheduled course. In the event that the course has insufficient enrollment, then the individual will be enrolled in the next available course.
3. The participant will have to bring the course materials from the original course or will have the option to purchase a new set of course materials.

Any issues relating to the quality of our training services can be reported to the New York State Department of Education – Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision.
