During the week of January 18-22, I attended your "CICS INTERNAL ARCHITECTURE" course taught by Bob Blumfeld. I was very impressed with his knowledge of CICS and his ability to pass this knowledge on to the attendees in an orderly manner. I feel it was one of the best organized technical classes I have ever attended and highly recommend it to anyone involved in the design, debugging or tuning of a CICS system.
