 Dave was very knowledgeable and was able to tailor the content and examples to the needs of the students of students. The supplemental hand-outs were also invaluable.
The SYS-ED instructor addressed questions as they arose. He had both the knowledge and platform skills to deviate from the course outline when we had specific operational objectives.
Both the instructor and material were excellent.
The hands-on workshops were first-rate. Dave was superb!
The course was well planned and presented by the instructor. The instructor's pace addressed the needs of the students.

 Ode to SYS-ED and Dave

There are just a few things we would like to say.
Hey Dave thanks for coming our way.
You walk the floor with the greatest of ease.
Why yes my teacher you aimed to please.

It was a Monday about 8am.
That was when we all met him.
He entered the room and began to teach.
Starting in time was an element he didn't breach.

You weren't an instructor that was real real tough.
But my man Dave you knew your pc stuff.
You enlightened us on WIN NT.
You informed us TCP/IP.

You taught us how to work on a PC in and out.
You taught us how to work without a doubt.
Well it is our consensus that you did good.
An intelligent instructor that taught like you should.

As a class we would like to thank you.
For teaching us something so new.
We are so glad to have had the pleasure.
Of being in a class that we could treasure.

So keep up the work in the coming years.
And your next class will give you cheers.
But there is one thing you should no forget to take.
Oh don't worry the class will yell it "break".

There is something that isn't fiction.
You even changed your New York diction.
So yes we can rant and rave.
Because we have been taught by our man Dave.

Yes, this is a class that we will never forget.
