Content from the knowledge base content is selectively added to our courseware, examples, and hands-on exercises. We get requests from IBM for our WebSphere training services; the WebSphere courseware that we utilize in our training is highly respected by leading training and consulting companies. It our longstanding experience with IBM mainframe system - IMS, CICS, and DB2 and interrelated information technology which differentiates the quality of our training service. Few consulting or training companies have been providing WebSphere training  longer or better than SYS-ED.

Providing effective knowledge transfer requires a unique skillset; the ability to teach. We earn our client’s trust and repeat training assignments by explaining and demonstrating the nuances and how-to’s which make all the difference between getting a job done well; as opposed to simply completing a project. If we don’t perform this service, we don’t get paid. And our teaching and support does not end at the completion of a course. SYS-ED WebSphere courses are offered through our New York schedule. Our comprehensive WebSphere curriculum includes 35+ course titles, with the TC suffix indicating a course that was developed and taught in conjunction with consulting assignments. SYS-ED WebSphere courses are not open to the general public. Only employees sponsored by Fortune 1000 corporations, government municipalities, healthcare providers, consulting companies, and mid-sized businesses are allowed to enroll in a SYS-ED course and only after a telephone consultation with our Director of Education. This is essential for ensuring that the individual be placed in the course which corresponds to the employer's version of WebSphere, operating environment, and operational objectives.

Private Courses
SYS-ED teaches private courses in North America and Europe. Courses can be conducted for groups as few as 3 individuals. The aggregate charges for these courses typically will be comparable or less expensive (course fee, air transportation, hotel, ground transportation, per diem allowance), then sending those employees to New York for the training. With private courses topics can be mixed and matched from multiple course outlines and the workshops tailored. Case in point; several of our fast-track clients have had us conduct accelerated 5-day courses consisting of what is regularly 8 days of subject matter.

Warranty of Service
SYS-ED will not accept an assignment until our Director of Education confers with the prospective client and reviews the content, examples, and workshops to be covered in the course. And this information will be provided in writing to the client as part of the training contract. Equally as important, we recognize and differentiate between an industry standard course such as XML, Java Application Development, and WebSphere Application Server Administration versus WebSphere Performance Design and Tuning, and WebSphere MQ Clustering - Design and Architecture.
