Prospective clients can elect to utilize a text book or CETi courseware as a framework for the training. The classic principles of adult learning are applied to the content, translating subject matter into performance objectives, narrative descriptions, and diagrams which explain the architecture, demonstrate the administrative tools, and provide troubleshooting guidelines. The courseware incorporates industry standard content and consultancy derived techniques for installing, administering, and optimizing the Microsoft Corporation implementation of Active Directory with open source operating systems and third party software.
