These questions have been designed to
provide information technology managers with a framework for evaluating the knowledge and skillset of their personnel.
They reflect the core
content and performance objectives of SYS-ED curriculum. The objective is to identify the areas
in which
training is required and then to provide skills enhancement and support services
targeted to the employee's job function.
For private courses, the assessment can be tailored in three ways:
- By including subject matter and questions specific to the
client’s environment and operational objectives.
- Mixing and matching topics and performance
objectives from multiple courses into a tailored course.
- Incorporating vendor certification standards
and validation assessment into examples and exercises.
