GSA Schedule Submission
SYS-ED is in the final stages of preparing a GSA Schedule for submission. It is the by product of over a quarter century work in the evolutionary fields of data processing and information technology, and consultancy assignments.

Ownership and management arrived at the decision to undertake a five year program for developing the resources for a business model which addresses the changes occurring in information technology: open source software, extended commercial software life cycle, web-based content delivery, and digital content distribution. The premium training service will serve as the foundation for submission of the GSA Schedule and licensure with the New York State Department of Education. In addition to the SYS-ED brand, components of the training service also will be distributed through joint venture.
It builds upon our application for licensure first submitted in 2000 to the New York State Department of Education. Information on SYS-ED websites is being reviewed in order to meet the standards mandated by the New York State Department of Education and Policy Guidelines. Projected time frame for completion is the third quarter 2017. The written legal guidelines also are being applied.
SYS-ED computer applications and database websites are being organized and developed to demonstrate emerging web technologies in hybrid commercial and FOSS software environments.
The application will include an independent supplier review on our services by an accredited rating firm. Performance Ratings are provided on: reliability, cost, order accuracy, delivery/timeliness, quality, business relations, personnel, customer support, and responsiveness.
