SYS-ED recognizes and differentiates between industry standard content and educational consulting. Our standard operating procedure is to establish performance objectives and then have the client to select the examples, sample programs, and exercises. At the client discretion, assessment validation can be included in the training.

Subject matter is organized for utilization in multiple delivery formats. This provides the client with the ability to utilize or combine traditional instructor-led training with a virtual classroom. |

Checklists of Completed Assignments |
Records can be kept of the assignments and exercises completed by the student. A grading system can also be used to reflect the degree of mastery exhibited by the student in completing assignments. |
| Validation Assessment | Pre and post course assessment validation can be utilized. The assessments can be tailored to include components of the source software company certification standards. |
| Examinations | A mid term and final examination can be utilized in training programs: matching questions, true/false, and fill in the blanks. A grading system can also be used. |
