SYS-ED has been conducting courses in the public domain since 1980; however, there have been changes in the laws and regulations governing computer training in the state of New York. The schedule on our websites reflects a projected time frame for licensure with the New York State Department of Education - Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision and submission and approval of curriculum. It will be updated every quarter.

In the interim, we will continue to provide training at the client location for small groups and upon request one-on-one training at the client location.

SYS-ED courses are not intended for or available to the general public.
Organizations who will be sending their employees to SYS-ED catalog courses will be required to sign an acknowledgement stating that they have a licensed version of the software being trained on at his/her place of employment.

It is company policy to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and prosecute malicious and rogue actions in full compliance with federal and state regulations.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and full refunds are allowed if written cancellation is received 10 business days prior to the course start date.
Registrants who do not attend the course or do not cancel 10 or more business days in advance are responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions may be made at any time. If we must cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
For 1- and 2-day microcomputer user courses, registration must be accompanied by payment in full, American Express payment or a company purchase order.
Payment, approved purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required prior to attending a course. For non-U.S. credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. Payment is required for students outside the United States.
When registering, mention any special accommodations (sight disabled, hearing disabled, physically handicapped, etc.) you require in order to attend this course.
