1975-79:
Silverberg served as a programmer with Union Carbide Corporation. He has BS and MS in computer science and MS in management.
Verhoef Information Packages, involved in the start-up and was a curriculum developer and lead  instructor. Shapiro started doing marketing research for Robert Blumfeld while at Union College - BA and Cornell University - MBA. 1980-84:

In 1980, SYS-ED was started as the division of Integrated Computer Software One Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016. Blumfeld was the only employee and he developed the original CICS and VSAM curriculum. SYS-ED offered private, restricted enrollment, and consortium courses. 1981 – Shapiro hired as a salesman by Integrated Computer Software for its SYS-ED division. 1985-1988:

the SYS-ED division from Integrated Computer Software.

During his 26 years in the business, David Shapiro has worked in all functional areas of the business: marketing, computer operations, administration, finance, courseware development, web development, teaching, and instructor training.
