Executive Summary

Our December 2007 application, inclusive of curriculum submissions, and additional catalogs builds upon the license that was granted to Computer Education Techniques, Inc., in November 2002. Components previously approved by the New York State Department of Education - Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision have been updated and submitted for the most part unchanged, with the modifications and additions highlighted and cross referenced to required checklist.

For example, the core content 20+ pages of SYS-ED’s original catalog remains essentially unchanged. There are three new modules of curriculum specific content and a revised “universal” enrollment form which have been submitted for review and approval. The universal enrollment form will be used on all of the catalogs and the SYS-ED websites.

Every SYS-ED course with a date listed on our websites will be submitted as a curriculum for review and approval to New York State Department of Education - Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision. SYS-ED courses will not be available to the general public; but nevertheless will meet the regulations and standards that the New York State Department of Education has mandated to operate in the public domain.
