They are intended for employees of Fortune 1000 companies, government municipalities, consulting companies, software companies, healthcare facilities and mid-sized businesses. Cancellation Policy

SYS-ED/New York
It is our policy to conduct courses with a minimum class size of 3 students. When a course has fewer than 3 enrolled students we offer client organizations the following options:

• A private session covering the identical curriculum, course material, and workshop as the under subscribed cancelled course on the originally scheduled date. We will send our instructor to your offices. The employee can be trained at his/her desk or in a conference room.
• Provide a private session at the SYS-ED training center or development center either on on a mutually convenient rescheduled date.
• Place the employee in the next scheduled course.
• Provide the training through distance-learning.

Cancellations of a course will be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of a course.

SYS-ED/National Enrollment
It is our policy to conduct courses with a minimum class size of 6 students. When a course has fewer than 6 enrolled students we offer client organizations the following options:

• For organizations sending three employees to a course, we will send our instructor to your offices at the identical course fee. A private session covering the identical curriculum, course material, and workshop as the undersubscribed cancelled course on will be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date typically within 3 weeks of the original course dates. The employees can be trained at a conference room.
• For organizations sending two or fewer employees to the course, there will be an option of sending those individuals to SYS-ED/New York to attend the next regularly scheduled session of that course.

Cancellations of a course will be made a minimum of three weeks prior to the start of a course.

Course Locations

SYS-ED Courses - Headquarter Location – Midtown Manhattan, New York City
New York City is the headquarter location for both SYS-ED’s development center and instructor-led course offerings.

Depending on class size, SYS-ED/New York courses will be conduced at one of three locations:

• NYC Seminar and Conference Center, 23rd Street and 6th Avenue - Masonic Lodge.
• SYS-ED licensees and technology partner's locations in the New York metropolitan area.

SYS-ED Courses – National Locations
SYS-ED courses delivered in locations outside of New York City will be conducted either at:

• SYS-ED licensee’s office/training centers.
• client’s site.
• hotel.
